Consent. We may rely on your consent where required by applicable law, including in connection with certain cookies, marketing communications, or other specific processing activities. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Compliance with Legal Obligations. We may process personal information where necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, judicial, or other obligations to which PearlMountain is subject.
Protection of Legal Rights and Other Lawful Grounds. Where permitted by applicable law, we may also process personal information where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims or where another lawful basis applies.

Opting out of marketing communications will not prevent us from sending non-promotional communications that are necessary or appropriate in connection with your use of the Services, including communications concerning your account, subscription, transactions, security, customer support, changes to the Services, or changes to applicable legal terms and policies.
12. Third-Party Sites and Services
The Services may contain links to, integrate with, or otherwise enable interaction with third-party websites, applications, products, services, APIs, or content.
